Ingredients
  

Pastry Dough:

Instructions
 

  • Make the Dough: Combine flour and salt in a bowl. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Add water gradually until dough forms. Wrap and chill in fridge for 30 mins.
  • Prepare Filling: Blend cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Mix in egg until combined.
  • Assemble Pastries: Roll dough on floured surface to 1/8" thick. Cut into shapes. Add a spoonful of filling to each, fold, and seal edges with a fork.
  • Bake: Place on baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 mins, until golden brown.
  • Serve: Cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar. Enjoy with chocolate sauce, caramel, or fresh fruit.
